Harco Technology, the UK data cost management software developer, has opened new development and support offices in Belfast following significant wins for its Data Access and Reporting Tool (Dart).

Dart monitors the use of electronic services from financial data providers Reuters and Bloomberg. The application monitors a trader's use of real-time information relating to stock, bond and currency data and switches off unused information, thus reducing one of the investment banking industry's main costs.
