Hargreaves Lansdown is looking to extend talks with a group of heavy-hitting private equity investors trying to snap up the platform giant.

The fund supermarket is in “detailed talks” with the consortium, which includes CVC, Nordic Capital and an Abu Dhabi Investment Authority subsidiary, about a revised offer, according to Sky News.
