US expansion for boutique wealth manager

Hassium Asset Management, launched by an ex-Goldman banker in 2006, opens a New York office that it hopes will eventually provide 'a third' of its revenues

A boutique wealth manager set up by an ex-Goldman Sachs private banker has opened a US office amid signs that the chase for wealthy clients is heating up.

Hassium Asset Management, a multi-family office, has opened the offices in New York at 989 Avenue of the Americas, on the 17th floor. It will announce two hires at senior partner level for the New York office, next quarter.
