Havas is preparing to fight Vincent Bolloré, its largest shareholder, at the French advertising group's annual meeting on June 9.

Reuters reports Havas chairman Alain de Pouzilhac has accused Bolloré of conducting a stealth campaign, but has said he would fight what he called a "creeping takeover" of Havas and was ready for confrontation with Bolloré at the annual meeting.
