Hawkpoint, the UK-based corporate finance house, has entered into an alliance with Socios Financieros, a 20-strong team of Spanish corporate financiers.

The Hawkpoint-Socios alliance will lead to an integration at client level with transactions staffed by joint teams. The two firms also intend to share their research, client referral and market intelligence.
