Hawkpoint Partners, the independent corporate finance group, has promoted several of its staff, including two of its directors.

Director Charles Ralph, who joined the employee-owned firm in 1994 when it was known as Hambro Magan is now managing director. He specialises in the media and leisure sector. At present he is advising the Racecourse Association on selling its media rights for interactive gaming.
