Hawkpoint Partners is advising the Copenhagen Stock Exchange on a possible listing, adding to the independent UK corporate finance house's advisory mandate from the London Stock Exchange.

Earlier this month the LSE appointed Hawkpoint as an additional adviser to assist the exchange on its corporate deals. Hawkpoint will be working alongside the LSE's traditional advisers Cazenove, its corporate broker, and Schroder Salomon Smith Barney, its financial adviser.
