John St John has been replaced as head of equity capital markets at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein amid a restructuring aimed at boosting revenues. It comes less than a week before the bank floats PartyGaming, the online gambling firm, in its biggest IPO in four years.

Stephen Robinson, co-head of UK equity advisory, DrKW's corporate broking business, has left the bank.
