Neil Marsh has resigned as European managing director of Innovest Strategic Value Advisors, the socially responsible investment (SRI) research and advisory firm, after less than 10 months in the post.

Marsh said: "Due to increasing differences with regard to the operational and strategic direction for the European business I have decided to resign as European managing director, effective immediately."
