Michael Curtis, head of the US equity syndicate desk at Morgan Stanley, has resigned after 20 years with the bank.

Last year, Morgan Stanley dropped from third to fourth in the league tables for bookrunners of equity issues in the US, Dealogic, the investment banking research firm, said.
