Healthcare managers expect European initial public offerings (IPOs) in their sector to return in 2004, according to a poll commissioned by 3i, the European private equity group.

Fifty of the 101 senior European and US executives polled said they expected IPOs to come back in 2004 compared with forty who thought it would not return until 2005.
