Hearthstone Investments, the residential property fund manager, has hired Lucy Hawkins as an assistant fund manager. Hawkins will help run the firm's forthcoming Residential Property Authorised Investment Fund and work on the development of new funds. Hawkins previously worked at real estate asset and development management company Caraeno.
