A UBS private banker who helped set up the Swiss bank’s wealth management business in the UK, has left to join a London-based boutique.

Mark Wills has joined Heartwood Wealth as a relationship manager responsible for introducing the group's products to clients with liquid assets of between £1m (€1.2m) and £20m.
