Sir Hector Sants, the former Financial Services Authority chief executive who joined Barclays last year before stepping down due to stress, has become a trustee of an Oxford-based children’s charity whose royal patron is the Duchess of Cambridge.
Fifty-eight-year-old Sants, who studied psychology and philosophy at Oxford University's Corpus Christi College and lives in Oxford, took on a role as a trustee of The Art Room in November last year, according to filings made by the charity at Companies House this month.
