StormHarbour Partners, an independent boutique investment bank founded by two former Citigroup executives last year, has hired a prominent hedge fund manager and two senior debt bankers.

Nicolas Andine, who founded long/short equity hedge fund Talaris Capital Partners in 2006 - one of the largest launches of that year - has joined StormHarbour as a senior principal, credit, equity and mergers and acquisitions.
