Hedge funds hit back at Stork

Hedge funds Centaurus and Paulson have called for a vote of no confidence in the supervisory board of Stork, a Dutch engineering conglomerate which has rejected shareholder calls for a breakup.

The hedge fund managers demanded that Stork hold an extraordinary general meeting for a no-confidence vote in the company's management. They have also proposed a resolution giving shareholders the right to approve any significant acquisitions or disposals.
