The planned sale of a seven-storey development in Mayfair is set to test investor appetite for prime London offices after a supply shortage dented investment last year.

Buyers are being invited to bid for 23 Savile Row, a 100,000 square foot office building that features a suspended bronze sculpture by American artist Joel Shapiro on its facade.
