Russell Adam, a senior consultant at the global search firm Heidrick & Struggles, has left to set up his own search firm in London, Adam Grant Ltd.

The firm will focus on traditional asset management, alternative investments and private banking in the UK and Ireland. Positions covered include front office sales and marketing, fixed income and equity fund management, research and senior operations.
