Baroness Helena Morrissey and Gina Miller, two of the City’s most prominent business women, have said the CBI should not be allowed to survive in its current form, as the UK’s biggest business lobby group continues to grapple with workplace misconduct allegations that have plunged it into crisis.
The CBI is facing multiple allegations of sexual misconduct by senior figures at the influential lobby group. Among them is a complaint from a woman who claims she was raped in 2019 at a staff party that took place on a boat on the River Thames.
