Diversity champion Baroness Helena Morrissey said the menopause made her feel like she was "going mad" and questioned whether she could keep her career alive.

Speaking at an event hosted by the Diversity Project, which she chairs, ahead of World Menopause Day on 18 October, Morrissey warned that City firms are failing to do enough to support staff who are going through menopause. She also opened up about her own struggles with the hormonal change.
