Helena Morrissey’s ‘Girl fund’, which was launched to great fanfare in May last year, has been snubbed by investors, with very little money flowing into the influential investment manager’s gender-focused product.

The fund, which aims to channel more money to companies that score well for gender diversity, has amassed just £1.6m of investor inflows from May to the end of November 2018. In one of those months the fund received just £6,000 of net inflows, according to data provider Morningstar.
