Asset manager Henderson has acquired €3m French property asset management business Horizon Investment Management France, in a deal that will complement Henderson's expertise within retail property. Horizon, which was founded in 1998, focuses on advising on asset management in the French real estate market, and has a €250m Luxembourg closed-ended real estate fund. It also has asset management contracts to manage 25 properties.
