Henderson Private Capital, the private equity arm of Henderson Global Investors, has strengthened its Asian team with the recruitment of Carol Lee and Sigit Prasetya as senior principals.

Lee is joining the Hong Kong office and Prasetya the Singapore office. The recruits will concentrate on sourcing, executing and managing investments, with Lee focusing on South Korea, and Prasetya focusing on South East Asia.
