Keith Hennessey, co-head of the global industrial and business services group at Morgan Stanley, has left the bank after ten years to join Banc of America Securities, the investment banking division of Bank of America.

He will be head of its diversified industrial sector, a managing director and will manage client relationships. Morgan Stanley said he will not be replaced.
