Herbert Smith Freehills to merge with US firm Kramer Levin

Legal tie-up to create law firm with revenue of more than $2bn

Herbert Smith Freehills has struck a merger with US law firm Kramer Levin.

The deal will create a law firm with more than $2bn in revenue and more than 2,700 lawyers, the firms said on 11 November.
