Mike Weston, the European analyst who recently quit Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, has re-emerged as a leading fund manager at Hermes Focus Asset Management.

Tony Good, the veteran fund manager who retired as head of investment research at Norwich Union Investment Management last year, and Tim Bush, a chartered accountant who was working as a consultant at Brunswick Financial Public Relations, have also joined the firm.
