Tom Rotherham-Winqvist, one of private equity’s leading experts on ethical investment, has left his role as director of private equity markets at advisory service Hermes Equity Ownership Services.

A spokeswoman for Hermes said: "Tom Rotherham-Winqvist has left Hermes Equity Ownership Services (EOS), where for the past four years he led on responsible investment in private markets."
