Tony Watson, chief investment officer at Hermes Pensions Management, has joined the Edinburgh Fund Managers board as a non-executive director.

In addition to Watson, John Wright, a director of Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank, joins as a non-executive chairman, following the retirement of Colin Ross. Ross was a director at Edinburgh Fund Managers for almost 30 years and chairman since 1991.
