Hewitt Bacon & Woodrow, the investment and actuarial consultancy, has hired Mike Hammer and Steve Humphrys to its London office.

The hires follow a recent reshuffle among Hewitt's senior managers and ahead of next year's retirement of Nick Fitzpatrick, head of global investment who has been with the firm since 1986 and held his current position since early 2001.
