Perry Brandorff, head of European operations at Hewitt, the US investment consultant, has been appointed president of the consulting business. The role is effective from April 1.

Brandorff, who has been with Hewitt for 23 years, was responsible for leading the firm's merger with UK actuarial consultant Bacon & Woodrow.
