Jukka Ruuska, president of Hex, the Finnish stock exchange, has become chairman of Norex, the Nordic alliance it joined seven months ago and where it now controls a 50% stake. The move is seen as a strengthening of influence of Hex over the alliance.

Jouni Torasvirta, another Finnish executive, has become a member of the Norex board.
