High-speed traders voice alarm over bonus cap rules

Europe’s high-speed traders have become embroiled in a row over bonus caps for financial services firms, shortly before the final European Union rules are released.

The frustrations have emerged in the high-frequency trading industry's response to the European Banking Authority consultation on the latest interpretation of the Capital Requirements Directive IV, which they believe will unfairly place them at risk.
