Financial services firm HighTower has hired a wealth management team from Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group. The group, called HSW Advisors, joins the firm as partners and managing directors. The team includes Kenneth Hoffman, Richard Steinberg and Jordan Waxman and manages more than $1.4bn for about 50 clients.
