London Borough of Hillingdon pension fund with total assets of £400m is seeking two balanced managers to run between £80m to £130m each. The money is currently managed by Schroder Investment Management.

Performance concerns triggered the search following an annual review in the summer, according to Janice Maule, borough treasurer. However Schroders will be invited to pitch for one or both of the mandates.
