Himalayan Capital Corp., a mining company with assets in Chile, has appointed mining equity research analyst Catherine Gignac to the board. She has covered the mining and minerals sector - including large to small cap, precious and base metal mining companies - at a number of Canadian brokerage firms. Gignac most recently worked at NCP Northland Capital Partners.
