Despite a shift in attitudes in recent years, the City's LGBTQ+ workers are still suffering homophobia, sexism, and racism in their march up the career ladder.

“When I started in the industry I encountered explicit homophobia on a number of occasions,” Karim Chedid, head of investment strategy for iShares Emea at BlackRock, who identifies as queer, tells Financial News.
