Horizon Capital sells fleet management company Connexas

Connexas will become a part of AddSecure, enabling it to establish a presence for transport and logistics in the UK market and increasing its annual revenues by €25m, to over €145m

Horizon Capital, the London-based private equity firm, has sold fleet management business Connexas to Sweden-based data and communications company AddSecur Group, for an undisclosed sum.

Connexas provides transport solutions spanning full journey and delivery management, high definition camera systems, and driving performance applications for clients in the UK, EU, North America, and Australia. It will become a part of AddSecure, enabling the company to establish a presence for transport and logistics in the UK market and increasing its annual revenues by €25m, to over €145m, Connexas said in a statement.
