Nicola Horlick has appointed four more non-executive directors to her alternative investment vehicle ahead of a London listing next month which is expected to raise £250m (€368m).

The four new appointments to Bramdean Alternatives Fund's board are Michael Buckley, Caesar Anquillare, Peter Barton, and Nicholas Moss.
