NCoTec Ventures, the technology investment vehicle which is the brainchild of Tim Horlick, husband of SocGen fund manager Nicola Horlick, has made an initial investment in Digital Route, the communications software company.

The company will also open an office in Sweden to complement its existing London office, and to seek out further investment opportunities in the region.
