Houlihan Lokey has hired a former co-head of consumer and retail investment banking at Jefferies in London.

The US investment bank, which leased new offices in Mayfair's Curzon Square to house up to 350 employees after a series of acquisitions last year, has named Michael Collinson as a managing director.
