Houlihan Lokey CEO Beiser to step down

Houlihan Lokey's long-time chief executive Scott Beiser will step down and be succeeded by one of the company's co-heads of corporate finance.

The Los Angeles-based investment bank said that Scott Adelson, co-president and global co-head of corporate finance, would succeed Beiser effective 10 June.
