Houlihan Lokey, the US investment bank, has made another senior hire to its European corporate finance business with the appointment of a former co-head of consumer and retail investment banking at Lehman Brothers.

Magnus Scaddan is joining as managing director and head of consumer and retail, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will report to Jay Novak, head of the consumer, food and retail group, and Stephen Winningham, managing director and co-head of corporate finance, Europe.
