Houlihan Lokey has expanded its recently formed equity advisory unit as demand for European initial public offerings starts to pick up.

The mid-market focused investment bank has taken on Stephen Taylor, the former head of European equity capital markets at Macquarie, as the third member of the team, a spokesman for Houlihan Lokey confirmed.
