Houlihan Lokey hires UBS banker Galfetti to boost secondaries coverage

The use of so-called continuation funds has grown in recent years, with banks pushing for advisory roles

Houihan Lokey has tapped a senior UBS investment banker as the mid-market firm makes a push into so-called secondary investments.

The bank has hired Sandro Galfetti as a managing director within its capital solutions group in Europe as the firm continues to build out its coverage of private equity firms.
