This four-bedroom luxury villa overlooks the Bay of Formentor, one the most exclusive areas on Mallorca’s northeast coast. It is the last remaining frontline villa in the area, and has just been discounted.

The price tag has been almost halved this month from €17.5m to €9.5m. An agent for the property said that the new-build villa was launched onto the market at € 17.5m pre-crisis and received no acceptable bids, but now at its reduced value is "very well-priced".
