Results of the Financial News Salary Survey show that at many of London’s large investment banks less than half of front office staff were happy with their bonus for 2014.

The survey, carried out with salary benchmarking site emolument.com, drew responses from 4,350 bankers in front office roles in London. The results are not necessarily representative of which banks are paying big bonuses, but rather whether compensation is keeping bankers' happy.
