HSBC, the UK-based investment bank, has poached a senior analyst from one of the top international ratings agencies to lead its fixed income credit research effort.

Tobias Grün, who was a senior analyst covering European banks at Moody's Investors Service, will be the new director of fixed income credit research at HSBC based in London.
