HSBC has raided CSFB for two senior hires to its corporate investment banking and markets group in the US.

Alan Ginsberg joins as co-head of the financial institutions group, corporate finance and advisory based in New York and Tod Perkins will be head of banks and thrifts, financial institutions group, corporate finance and advisory.
