HSBC’s UK headquarters, which has been occupied by the lender for more than two decades, is set for a radical makeover that will see an iconic building in London’s Canary Wharf transformed.
Plans unveiled by Canary Wharf Group and the Qatar Investment Authority will see HSBC’s 45-floor tower at 8 Canada Square transformed into “best-in-class workspaces, leisure, entertainment, education, and cultural attractions”, according to a statement.
