Mid-market investment bank, Alantra, has continued its dealmaker hiring spree with HSBC's former co-head of financial institutions coverage in Europe.
The Madrid-headquartered bank, which has been bulking up its UK operations, has taken on Pedro Urresti as a managing director in its financial institutions group, a spokesperson confirmed to Financial News. The bank has around 150 people focused on the sector.
